Unfortunately, many people who lose weight end up gaining it back, however, don't let this discourage you. Exercising regularly and being contentious of what you consume and how much of it, plays a major part in losing and maintaining.

Remember, nothing happens over night. This is a lifestyle and it requires you to make life alerting decisions. The occasional slip up doesn't mean you should throw your goals out the window. Simply move on and follow through with better choices.
