Stay Hydrated
It's just as important to stay hydrated during the winter as it is in the summer! The body is about 60% water, more or less, and we are constantly losing water, primarily via urine and sweat. In order to prevent dehydration, we need to drink plenty of water. If plain water isn't your forte, add a lemon wedge for flavor. Increasing your water intake will also help clear your skin. Your body will thank you!
