Get Back On Track



Sometimes we need a break from my daily routine of working out and mentally logging calories, sodium and sugars.

These feelings are totally normal. Life happens and we stray away from our healthy routines for too long. I’ve been there, but how do we get back on track?

For me, I lightening up my goals when I’m gearing back up. Sometimes our fitness goals may be too big for us right now, especially if we’re new to working out, or if we haven’t done so in a while. So take your time and stay focus!
