My Favorite Juice


 I get a lot of questions about the ingredients I use when juicing, so here it is! 

Apple: Rich in fiber and antioxidants

Kale: supports bone health protects against heart disease and protects against cancer

Celery: Great for vitamin C and help prevent oxidative stress that contributes to cancer

Ginger: Also prevents stress and damage to your body‘s DNA and can fight off diseases like high blood pressure and diseases of the lungs  

Carrots: Helps keep blood sugar levels under control and they’re loaded with vitamin A

Sea Moss: Sea Moss is a super food that helps promote weight loss is a good source of iodine supports great gut health and it also boosts your immunity.

Alkaline Water: Soothes this acid reflux, reduces high blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol. Enhances hydration, increases longevity and balances out your pH levels.
