Back From Vacation!


It’s been known that when we travel we don’t always eat like we do at home. we eat a little more carbs than usual, and indulge in saltier foods, causing us to retain extra water. 
Warmer climates also play a part in water retention. So if you wish to indulge make it short and remember to get back into your lane! I actually lost 2 pounds while in Florida by keeping my intake the same and getting in lots of cardio on the beach!
