Pumpkin Chia Pudding with Hazelnut Crumble!
 
 
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds.
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie mix)
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk.
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla.
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice.
  • Optional toppings: pecans, pistachios, Almonds, or oats
  •
