1 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie mix)
1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk.
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup.
1 teaspoon vanilla.
1/2 to 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice.
Optional toppings: pecans, pistachios, Almonds, or oats
