How often Should You Weigh Yourself When Trying To loose Weight?

 
 
Weighing ourselves regularly can be a more of a burden than benefit, however, weighing ourselves around the same time is a good idea. We have to remember that our weight fluctuates hourly based on multiple factors, such as what we eat, how much we drink, our bowl movements and the activities we do throughout the day. I would suggest doing it once a week in the morning.
 
While a daily weigh-in is not suggested, there are other strategies to use that will hold us accountable and keep our spirits up! Try measuring your waist or keeping track of how your favorite dress or pants are fitting.
