Reducing Your Sodium Intake

 


One of the leading causes to high blood pressure, heart disease and stroke is too much sodium intake. You may notice an increase of thirst, headaches and sometimes even swollen feet or hands when this occurs. 

High levels of sodium can be found in most processed foods and our every day seasonings. That’s why it’s always good to check your labels. Some great replacements is Pink Himalayan Salt, regular Sea Salt or Herbed Sea Salt! Moderation is key!
