Pineapple And Cucumber Juice

Summer time is upon us, so it’s imperative that we find ways to stay hydrated. And what better way to get our nutrients and minerals like vitamin C and potassium into our bodies! This particular juice combo has been my favorite, as of lately. Depending on how I’m feeling, or what my body is asking for, I’ll adjust the amounts of cucumbers or pineapples and add an apple or some ginger.

There’s no need to core the pineapple or peel the cucumbers, it’s all going to the processor, plus the cucumber peels gives it that beautiful green color. It’s packed with fiber and silica, which keeps your muscles, bones and tendons healthy.

Fun fact: Save leftover pulp from your juice to make ice cubes, homemade granola, and even baked goods. If you have a garden, like myself, you can also use this as a compost to fertilize the soil! It’s all about being resourceful.

This delicious pineapple and cucumber juice is refreshing and completely free of added sugars and artificial ingredients. Remember, you can always adjust your portions and add different fruits or vegetables to make this juice to your liking. That’s the beautiful thing about juicing. Enjoy!
